Services provided by Amanda Lee to the client are distinctly different from counselling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and do not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems. Since my services do not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.
It is your responsibility to acknowledge that the processes that Amanda Lee works with, may bring up deep emotional release, physical tensions and potential traumas. You acknowledge that you are consenting to this process. By committing to deep transformational work, you understand that if things become challenging you are invited to share this with Amanda to receive support. No refunds will be issued for this reason or any other reason that is not an unforeseen circumstance.

Accepting your Order
The completion of the agreement between you and True and Nature by Amanda Lee will be finalised when we email you to confirm your purchase has been received by us, or when we commence providing you with the services under the service booking.
We reserve the right to not accept your order in the event that we are unable to obtain payment authorisation if the services are unavailable or otherwise decided by us within these Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
You may pay for your order with a credit or debit card that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. If the card issuer refuses payment to us, we are not liable for any delays or non-delivery of your order. Your order will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
Security Policy
We accept online payments such as credit cards or debit cards through Stripe. The providers we use include Stripe, Squarespace, and Acuity throughout your journey. These platforms have their own SSL certificates and encryption protection.
Dispute Resolution
If either of us has any concerns arising out of these terms, your use of our Website or our provision of products or services, we agree that we shall communicate with the intention of making a genuine effort to seek a win/win solution and resolve any dispute by negotiation and discussion.
